Delivery options:-

1. By Pos Malaysia: via EMS (Express Mail Service –Pos Laju)

All shipping within Malaysia (inclusive East Malaysia) will be delivering by using EMS (Express Mail Service - Pos Laju) offered by POS-Malaysia. EMS shipping provides tracking number which you can use to trace your packet during shipment. The shipping rate is calculated by weight. By using EMS (Express Mail Service), you can receive you items from 2 to 7 days. Keep in mind that this is the amount of time it takes after we have received your payment, not after the time you place your order.

Please be informed that deliveries will be made on Friday/Saturday for all purchase orders made on Monday to Thursday. Purchase orders made on Friday to Saturday will be made on Monday. Please let me know if you need your items immediately/urgently so that we could agree on other mode of delivery. I have chosen Pos Malaysia as I do not wish to burden my buyers with expensive delivery rate.

2. By Courier Services

There is no favorite courier service provider at the moment. Delivery can be made by courier services upon buyer's request. Charges and the choice of courier service will be borne by buyer based on agreement of both parties.

International Orders

Deliveries outside Malaysia will be charged accordingly upon agreement of both parties.

International Orders, by default we are using Parcel Service by POS-Malaysia. It's either by AirMail or SurfaceMail, and estimated time to deliver is from 1 to 4 weeks(by AirMail) and 4 to 10 weeks(by SurfaceMail) depends on your location. To enable shipping process with secure and timely to your location, we will recalculate the shipping cost and will charge additional cost depends on your location country. We will contact you by email and for details shipping information, you can refer to www.pos.com.my site. However you can suggest any services which are you more prefered such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and etc with your own cost.
